Facilities

The 100 year old building features original hardwood floors and cargo doors, a full kitchen, and a large covered deck. The freight room is available to rent for half or full days and is supplied with folding tables and chairs. Maximum capacity of the building is 99 guests standing or 75 seated.

DEPOSIT: A $100 deposit is required. Applicants will be charged for any damage to the facility, including damages exceeding the $100 deposit.
