The Market Pavilion is located at 418 E. Main Street on the same property as the Regional Recreation Complex. Every Thursday, April-December, the Market Pavilion houses the Moncks Corner Farmers Market. This open-air building features a fireplace, as well as fans for the warmer months. Maximum capacity of the building is 280 guests seated or 130 seated at tables.
DEPOSIT: A $200 deposit is required. Applicants will be charged for any damage to the facility, including damages exceeding the $200 deposit.
AS OF OCTOBER 1ST, 2025 THERE WILL BE NO OUT-TOWN RESIDENT, AND IN-TOWN RESIDENT FEES. WE ONLY OFFER FULL DAYS 8AM-MIDNIGHT.
